With his 20+ years of experience in commercial and industrial construction, Jared Hellums wields extensive, intuitive knowledge of the construction process. Starting in the field, Jared did not sit still for long, working his way through every aspect of the industry including estimating, contract negotiations, construction, project management, subcontractor management, site management, insurance, close-out, start-up and commissioning, and warranty oversight. Having managed individual projects of incredibly large scope along with the ability to lead multiple contracts from start to finish concurrently, he is uniquely poised to "get the job done" on yours. He is a general contractor with endorsements in multiple states and has notably served on the board of trustees with the Associated Builders and Contractors of New Mexico. He is the founding member of Constructable.

Outside of work she enjoys hiking and fly fishing in the Colorado mountains with her husband, Jonny and their rescue pup, Pete.

Armed with two degrees from College of the Mainland and the University of Houston, he began a long career in pipe design and construction management. Known for his safety focus and problem-solving abilities, he has built a reputation for rescuing delayed projects and driving quality results. Mickey leverages his leadership and organizational strengths to ensure seamless coordination across disciplines, delivering safe, high-quality projects for clients.

Jeremy McWilliams lives in Phoenix Arizona with his wife and three daughters where he owns a business and operates as a business coach for other business owners helping them find purpose, meet goals and build better humans. He attended college at Oral Roberts University and medically retired as a Master Sergeant from the US Army Special Forces with over 20 years of service. He works to bring lessons learned from years of serving as Green Beret into the business world helping others be the hero in their own stories.

Joel Neeb is the Chief Transformation and Business Operations Officer at 8x8, driving organizational alignment and operational excellence. A former F-15 mission commander in the U.S. Air Force, he led over 3,000 missions, including presidential escort operations, and brings expertise in leading high-stakes teams to dynamic business environments. Prior to 8x8, he spearheaded enterprise transformations at VMware and served as CEO of Afterburner, Inc., recognized by Forbes as one of America’s top 25 small businesses. Joel holds advanced degrees from the U.S. Air Force Academy, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and the University of Texas McCombs School of Business, and serves on multiple executive advisory boards.

Chad is a former Force Recon Marine and DoD Contractor with eight deployments to Afghanistan as part of a JSOC Task Force. He is the founder of the Mighty Oaks Foundation, a leading nonprofit providing faith-based combat trauma and resiliency programs for military, veterans, and first responders, and has advised Congress, the VA, and the DoD on PTSd solutions. Chad also co-founded Save Our Allies, a nonprofit that has safely evacuated over 17,000 people from Afghanistan and continues to support global rescue efforts. A bestselling author, Medal of Valor recipient, and former professional MMA champion, Chad holds an MBA, is a board-certified pastoral counselor, and is a 4th-degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt under Master Carlson Gracie Jr. He has been married to his wife Kathy for 27 years, and they have a daughter, two sons—both third-generation Marines—and two granddaughters.

In 2002, he and his family moved to Roswell, where he became the Pastor of Church on the Move, working to unite the community across economic and social divides. His passion for bringing hope through Jesus has led to the church’s explosive growth, especially in children’s and youth ministries, along with impactful outreach programs. Pastor Troy was married to his late wife, Julie, for over 30 years, and together they raised six children and were blessed with two grandchildren.
